The purpose of processing your personal data is:

  1. Processing the intake form for your application as a knowledge partner of the Knowledge Centre.
  2. Processing your submission to publish a publication on this website.
  3. Processing your question, complaint or comment and then responding to it.
  4. Analyzing your use of the website to improve the website.
  5. Registering and saving your registration for our newsletter and sending it to you.

Basis of the processing of the intake form

If your company wants to become a knowledge partner of the Knowledge Center and you meet the conditions, your company can fill in an intake form. On this intake form we ask for some personal data so that we can contact you about your application and, after possible acceptance of the knowledge partnership, register you as a contact person for your company as a knowledge partner of the Knowledge Centre. We only store the e-mail of the intake form, the intake form itself and the personal data entered on it in our administration. By submitting the intake form you agree to the processing of the information you provide.

Basis of processing of the submission of the publication

If you wish to have a publication added to the Knowledge Center database and you and the publication meet the conditions, you can submit the publication to the Knowledge Center accompanied by the submission form. With this submission we ask for personal data so that we can contact you about the submission and provide the correct information if the publication is placed. We only store the e-mail of the entry, the entry, the entry form and the personal data entered therein. By submitting the publication, including the submission form, you agree to the processing of the information you provide.

In order to provide you with a better service in the future, your data may be stored as well as the e-mail received by us. We only store the data provided by you, including but possibly not limited to name, e-mail address and telephone number. By using the e-mail address mentioned, you consent to the processing of the information provided by you.

Google Analytics

To ensure that the website is as user-friendly as possible, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”. These are small files that are placed on your computer to help the website analyze how users use the site.

This website uses Google Analytics cookies;

Security

We have taken appropriate measures to prevent the loss or unlawful processing of your personal data. Your data will be treated confidentially at all times.

Retention periods

The intake forms of our knowledge partners are kept for as long as the knowledge partnership lasts. If the contact person is changed and old data must be removed, it is possible to anonymise the personal data or to create a new intake form. In the latter case, the e-mail, the intake form and the data in our administration will be permanently deleted.

The submission forms are kept as long as the publication is on our website. If personal data linked to a publication must be removed, this publication will in principle also be removed unless the personal data can be anonymised without contradicting the conditions for placing publications on the website of the Knowledge Centre.

For questions received at info@circulairekennis.nl, they will only be kept for as long as the data is necessary. This may differ per case. We aim to evaluate the necessity of this data annually.

Your rights
