Regeling gevaarlijke stoffen in elektrische en elektronische apparatuur
Deze regeling is de nationale invulling die Nederland heeft gegeven aan de Richtlijn gevaarlijke stoffen EEA van de Europese Unie uit 2011. De regeling streeft ernaar het gebruik van gevaarlijke stoffen in elektr(on)ische apparatuur te beperken. De voorschriften die genoemd worden dragen bij aan de bescherming van de volksgezondheid en het milieu. Daarnaast brengt opvolging van de voorschriften verantwoorde nuttige toepassing en verwijdering van afgedankte apparatuur teweeg.
