Directive ecodesign requirements for energy-related products 2009

This directive establishes requirements that energy-related products covered by the implementing measures must meet in order to be placed on the market and/or put into service. This directive contributes to sustainable development by increasing energy efficiency and the level of environmental protection while at the same time increasing the security of the global energy supply.
