Richtlijn gevaarlijke stoffen EEA 2011
RICHTLIJN 2011/65/EU VAN HET EUROPEES PARLEMENT EN DE RAAD van 8 juni 2011 betreffende beperking van het gebruik van bepaalde gevaarlijke stoffen in elektrische en elektronische apparatuur (EEA)
Deze richtlijn bevat de voorschriften die door de Europese Unie zijn gesteld om het gebruik van gevaarlijke stoffen in elektrische en elektronische apparatuur (EEA) te beperken. Zo wordt er bijgedragen tot de bescherming van de volksgezondheid en het milieu. Daarnaast houdt de richtlijn rekening met de toepassing en verwijdering van afgedankte EEA op een milieuhygiënisch verantwoorde en nuttige wijze.
